As experienced HR professionals, our consultants understand the many HR challenges companies face, and recognize the critical importance of developing strong team cohesion and overall staff communication. To this end, we custom-design Solutions Training workshops, targeted at employers and staff. These workshops offer a wide scope of creative HR solutions and essential people management topics such as conflict resolution, customer service skills, goal-setting, interviewing and candidate selection, time management, and leadership development.

We specialize in team development and leadership training for corporations, organizations, and groups of all kinds. Our consultants deliver dynamic, personalized, “hands-on” curriculum that is designed to bring staff members together and promote trust, cooperation and a true sense of fun within each group.

Our workshops build on team strengths, enhance communications and shift dynamics. They are hugely successful and well-received, emphasizing a fun and engaging practical process.

We begin with a thorough needs assessment and outcomes/expectations review with the client, and design a custom team coaching session based on the results. This is an open, collaborative and hands-on process; the session curriculum is finalized only when the client is satisfied with the plan. The session’s final, unique agenda links the needs of the team with content, theory, and facilitated activities.
